Cookies part two...
So to throw in some fun we had the big kids over today to decorate cookies and let me tell ya, it was fun and a much needed time of laughter and let down. These kids are so cool and pretty darn creative when it comes to decorating the 100+ cookies we made.
My favorite part of this chaos was watching the cricket having the time of her life! She literally aged 5 years while all these girls were spoiling her! She said tonight..."I'm a big girl now mommy!" :)
First bite!
There were many icing competitions! This one between best friends was pretty messy!
And the finished results! There were some really fun ones and we had fun checking all of them out and laughing at the imagination of sixteen and seventeen year olds! My favorites were the snowflakes turned flowers, the gingerbread men done up like water polo players or fashion models and the crazy icing ones.
Thank you again for all your prayers and good thoughts. I don't thing I'll be getting a chance to blog much in the week ahead, we wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and pray that all of our friends and family have a blessed year ahead of them! Lots of love from all of us!
