Bring on summer!

Yehaaaaaa!!  Schooooool's out for summmmmer!  Oh you have NO idea how happy I am that today is the last day of school.  The last day of our first year of high school.  The last day of ninth grade!  WOW!

Just a mere 10 months ago this was the first day of school....

And this was this morning...

There has been SO much change!  In the beginning of this year there was no little sister in his arms that's for sure!  What an amazing first year of high school Big J has had...he's grown about 3 inches and 2 shoe sizes.  He played football for the first (and last) time, joined a club, got excellent grades, dealt with horrible peer pressure, played an awesome season of volleyball, had a class with all upper classmen and traveled to China!

Bubba.....

We are beyond proud of you and all of your accomplishments this year!  You've made it through one of the toughest parts of your adolescence with a stronger head on your shoulders and a deeper understanding of your path.  As you continue to make your way through high school, know that we are always here for you every step of the way until 2013 (and beyond) when you grab that diploma and move on to make your dreams come true.   Remember each up and down of ninth grade and use each failure and each triumph to lead you in the choices of the next school year ahead.  You are a treasure to so many!!  May God continue to bless you with his undying love.

We love you more than all the fish in the sea!

Amen Sista! Of course, sophomore year will bring driving, dates and PSATs. I guess we can compare notes and see which year was more challenging. Sorry I missed your call! We'll catch up soon. Love, Allison

P.S. Love the PJs.
