1. Where/How did you meet? Blind Blind Blind Date! His step mom was my boss, she set us up and the date was literally blind, no pics no nothing!
2. How long have you known each other? 11 years
3. How long after you met did you start dating? 2 days :)
4. How long did you date before you were engaged? 4 years (March 7th, 1999 at the Monterey Bay Aquarium with our children on either side of him)
5. How long was your engagement? 14 months
6. How long have you been married? 6 years almost 7!
7. What is your anniversary? May 20th
8. How many people came to your wedding reception? About 150
9. What kind of cake did you serve? A three layer cake. Top layer lemon poppy seed, 2nd layer marble with fresh raspberry filling, 3rd layer vanilla with chocolate moose. All covered with ivory butter cream icing! OM MY GOD that cake was good! The baker has made the top layer for us several times for our anniversary's.
10. Where was your wedding? Seascape Golf Course Aptos, CA
11. What did you serve for your meal? Chicken, tri-tip, or salmon - with all the fixens!
12. How many people were in your wedding party? 4 groomsmen and 2 bridesmaids.
13. Are you still friends with them all? Yes! My sister and my sweet step daughter Holly.
14. Did your spouse cry during the ceremony? No, not until the end
15. Most special moment of your wedding day? The entire event. From the weather to the people there, to the party instead of some stuffy wedding, to my husband falling in love all over with me!
16.Any funny moments? Our neighbors daughter was attached to me the entire day. Mike was finally able to convince her to go on her own way, but when she did it was hysterical! She got on the dance floor and was dancing away, twirling around then she suddenly stopped, lifted her dress, put her hand between her legs then smelled her hand. The entire room was in laughter! Sweet Lindsey was 4 at the time...
17. Any big disasters? It was PERFECT
18. Where did you go on your honeymoon? A fantastic condo on the sand in Kauai called Kiahuna Plantation.
19. How long were you gone? 9 days
20. If you were to do your wedding over, what would you change? Nothing
21. What side of the bed do you sleep on? Right
22. What size is your bed? Cali King
23. Greatest strength as a couple? Our ability to talk openly about our feelings and emotions.
24. Greatest challenge as a couple? Being step parents to eachother's child.

27. What did you dance your first dance to? Someone Like You by Van Morrison
28. Describe your wedding dress: I was the third generation to wear my dress. It was my dream come true. I did alter it to make it more current, but nothing was added and it can be put back to it's original 40's look. It was the most incredible thing I've ever worn. Ecru and all satin.
29. What kind of flowers did you have at your wedding? Tulips all around.
30. Are your wedding bands engraved? Yes, our monogram and our wedding date.
31. How old were you when you got married? Mike was 34 and I was 28.
